GoRocky focuses on sexual health, hair loss, and weight management, while Kindred provides comprehensive health and wellness services and operates a physical clinic at Serendra, BGC.The roleWe're looking for a classic bookkeeper — organised, efficient, flexible — to join our finance team. This is a hands-on execution role in a small, close-knit team. You'll work closely with our Senior Accounting Associate day-to-day and report to the Finance Lead.What you'll do in a normal monthRun the monthly doctors' payout batch (around the 1st of each month) — from raw appointment data through to disbursement upload. A well-documented SOP is in placeReconcile payment gateway records against orders in our order-management systemReview incoming payment request forms weekly before disbursementReview patient refund requests and prepare them for approvalSupport the Senior Accounting Associate on month-end close: cost of goods recognition, revenue recognition, journalsHelp maintain the working budget file (aligning, adjusting for actuals)Support ongoing bookkeeping continuity across the group entitiesTrack paid-but-not-yet-delivered orders alongside the operations teamWhat we're looking for2-3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experienceCPA in progress or qualified (either works)Comfortable with Philippine tax basics (VAT, WHT) — an outsourced provider handles the filingsWorking knowledge of QuickBooks and XeroStrong spreadsheet skills — you'll live in Google Sheets and ExcelCareful, organised, and flexible.
