Accounting Associate (Start ASAP)Onsite | Tektite Towers, Ortigas, Metro Manila, PhilippinesAbout the RoleWe are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Accounting Associate to support the company’s day-to-day accounting and finance operations. This role involves maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with reporting and compliance, and supporting treasury and banking activities while working closely with the Finance Manager.Key ResponsibilitiesGeneral Accounting & BookkeepingMaintain books, handle journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end closing.Accounts Payable, Receivable & TreasuryManage AP, AR, payroll, bank reconciliations, cash management, and banking transactions.Tax & Regulatory Compliance SupportPrepare tax returns and assist with BIR, SEC, LGU, and other reportorial and compliance requirements.Financial ReportingPrepare schedules, management reports, and supporting financial statements.Audit SupportPrepare audit schedules and documentation for auditor requests, external audits, and tax examinations.Financial Planning SupportAssist with budgeting, cash flow forecasting, financial projections, and variance analysis.Records & Document ManagementMaintain accounting records, loan files, supporting documents, and filing systems.Administrative & Other Finance FunctionsHandle other accounting, treasury, banking, and finance-related tasks assigned by the Finance Manager.Who We’re Looking ForGraduate of an accounting or finance-related course (e.g., Accountancy, Accounting Information Systems, Finance, or similar).1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance-related work.Core Technical RequirementsKnowledge of Philippine accounting principles, bookkeeping, and basic tax compliance.Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.Experience with Xero Accounting Software is an advantage.What Sets You ApartStrong analytical skills and attention to detail.Organized, accurate, and able to manage multiple deadlines.Handles sensitive financial information with confidentiality and integrity.Communicates and collaborates effectively with stakeholders.Adaptable to changing regulations, accounting standards, and business processes.Why Join UsAt Mount Fuji Growth Financing, we are building a tech-enabled, human-centered financing company focused on long-term relationships and sustainable growth.You’ll be part of a team that values:Ownership and accountabilityContinuous learning and improvementPractical innovation that solves real problemsSpeed with disciplineHow to ApplySend your CV to: finance@mountfujilending.com
