Mid Atlantic Industrial Equipment focuses on delivering strong customer service, product support, and long-term value, treating customer relationships as business partnerships.Role Description The Accounting Clerk is a full-time, on-site role based in York, PA. This position is responsible for processing accounts payable and receivable, entering and reconciling transactions in the accounting system, and assisting with daily bookkeeping tasks. The Accounting Clerk will help ensure accuracy in billing, vendor payments, and customer account data. Daily responsibilities may include matching invoices to purchase orders, posting payments, resolving account discrepancies, and supporting month-end closing activities. The role collaborates with operations and management to provide timely financial information and maintain organized documentation in accordance with company policies.QualificationsProficiency with accounting software and related office applications to manage financial data and transactions.Strong bookkeeping and general accounting skills to record, track, and reconcile daily financial activities.Attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and strong organizational skills.Effective written and verbal communication skills for working with internal teams and external partners.Ability to work on-site in York, PA and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework or experience in Accounting, Finance, or Business is preferred.
