You will also work closely with the Accounting Manager and other departments to ensure accurate and efficient accounting processes.We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, comfortable working with numbers, and eager to learn and grow!Key ResponsibilitiesProcess and enter daily sales invoices into the accounting system (Accounts Receivable).Review and enter vendor invoices for Accounts Payable processing.Assist with check preparation, payment processing, and journal entries.Record daily expenses, including credit card transactions, equipment leases, and other operating expenses.Support allocation and entry of temporary labor and employee-related expenses.Assist with insurance-related accounting entries and expense allocations.Review and verify accounting data transferred between internal systems.Monitor account balances, identify discrepancies, and assist with corrections and reconciliations.Communicate with internal departments, vendors, and customers regarding accounting-related matters.Maintain accurate, organized, and confidential financial records.Provide general accounting and administrative support, including filing, document management, and other assigned tasks.QualificationsRequired:Minimum 1–2 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or related experience.Basic understanding of accounting principles, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and general ledger transactions.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.Good organizational and time management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong teamwork skills.PreferredDegree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Experience using Microsoft Dynamics NAV or similar accounting/ERP systems.Familiarity with CargoWise or other logistics-related software.Experience in the logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, or distribution industry.Basic knowledge of bank reconciliations and journal entries.
