With over 1,000 clients across mainland and leading free zones, we offer a professional environment where your skills will be put to real use.Are you an aspiring accounting professional looking to gain practical experience in a dynamic audit and tax environment?CALX is looking for a motivated Accounting Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and UAE tax compliance.What You Will Be Doing:Assisting with bookkeeping and maintaining books of accountsSupporting the preparation of financial statements and accounting reportsAssisting the accounting team with day-to-day client requirementsSupporting VAT and other UAE tax compliance workOrganising and reviewing financial documents and recordsWorking closely with the accounting and audit teams on client engagementsWhat We Are Looking For:Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, ACCA, or a related fieldBasic understanding of accounting and bookkeeping principlesGood knowledge of Microsoft ExcelStrong attention to detail and willingness to learnGood communication and organisational skillsPrevious internship or academic experience in accounting is a plus
