Accounting Manager

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESPeriodical Financial closing for management reporting.Performing account reconciliations, maintaining the general ledger.Reviews general ledger accounts and make necessary journal entries including posting monthly, quarterly, and yearly for Accruals & Provisions.Assist in the preparation of statutory audit requirements & Provide necessary support for external auditorsReconciliation with related parties.Payroll and staff incentive and benefits reviewing & payment processing.Performing other accounting duties as assigned by department head.Provide personalized coordinated care and support for staff . QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree in Accounting. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCEMinimum of 6 years of relevant professional experience in accounting and financial reporting.Previous experience with EY, KPMG, Deloitte, or PwC is preferred.Experience in financial consolidation and monthly financial closing.Hands-on experience with Oracle.Healthcare industry experience is preferred.Strong understanding of VAT and related accounting requirements.Professional certification such as CA, CPA, or ACCA is preferred.
