Accounting Manager

Hays have partnered with an organisation in Abu Dhabi who are seeking an Accounting Manager to join their team.As the Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for:Leading and overseeing the end-to-end general accounting and financial reporting function, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance with IFRS and organizational policies.Driving the development, optimization, and governance of General Ledger processes, ERP interfaces, and financial systems to ensure timely and accurate recording of transactions.Providing strategic financial leadership, ensuring high-quality internal and external reporting, strong internal controls, and effective team management to support business objectives.Acting as a key business partner to senior management, providing financial insights, analysis, and recommendations to support decision-making.Requirements to apply: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a similar field is essential. Minimum 8+ years of progressive experience in Accounting/Finance, including 3+ years in a managerial roleCA, ACCA, CPA or professional qualification would be preferredBackground working in Real Estate, Investment or multi-entity environments would be beneficialStrong expertise in IFRS, financial reporting, and accounting best practicesProven experience in leading finance teams and managing complex accounting environmentsStrong understanding of ERP systems and financial system integrationsExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsThe organisation is offering a competitive salary and benefits package.If you meet the requirements above, please apply directly.
