Accounting Manager

📢 WE’RE HIRING – ACCOUNTING MANAGERWe are looking for an experienced and highly organized Accounting Manager to join our team in the UAE.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company’s accounting and financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, strong internal controls, and efficient day-to-day accounting processes.Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete accounting cycle, including GL, AP, AR, bank reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and management accounts.
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and other applicable financial regulations.
• Prepare, review, and submit UAE VAT returns and Corporate Tax returns directly to the Federal Tax Authority (FTA), ensuring accurate and timely filings and payments.
• Maintain proper tax records, supporting documents, and reconciliations in accordance with FTA requirements.
• Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, supplier payments, and customer collections.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation and internal controls.
• Coordinate with external auditors, banks, tax consultants, and other relevant parties.
• Prepare financial analysis and reports to support management decision-making.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of the company’s ERP/accounting system.
• Supervise and support the accounting and finance team.Requirements✅ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.✅ Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience, including experience in a supervisory or managerial position.✅ Strong knowledge of UAE accounting practices, VAT, Corporate Tax, and financial regulations.✅ Practical experience in preparing and submitting VAT and Corporate Tax returns to the UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA).✅ Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, cash-flow management, and internal controls.✅ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.✅ Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.🚨 MANDATORY REQUIREMENT:Candidates must have hands-on working experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
