The Accounting Manager oversees daily accounting operations, including reviewing journal entries, managing general ledger activities, and ensuring accurate and timely preparation of financial statements. This role is responsible for monitoring fixed assets, supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, and maintaining compliance with relevant accounting standards and local regulations. The Accounting Manager collaborates with finance and operational teams to analyze financial performance, provide actionable insights, and support decision-making. The role also includes improving internal controls, supervising accounting staff, and assisting with audits and financial reporting to senior management.Qualifications Strong proficiency in preparing and reviewing financial statements, with solid finance knowledge.Ability to record and review journal entries (accounting) and maintain accurate general ledger accounts.Experience in fixed assets accounting, including capitalization, depreciation, and asset reconciliation.Well-developed analytical skills for interpreting financial data and supporting business decisions.Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is an advantage.Knowledge of relevant accounting standards and local regulatory requirements.Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems, as well as MS Excel and related tools.Ability to lead and develop an accounting team, with strong organizational and communication skills.Experience in the creative, media, or entertainment industry is a plus.
