Accounting Manager – Restaurant IndustryWe are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager with recent, hands-on experience in the restaurant / F&B industry, with strong expertise in accounting management, cost control, branch profitability, financial reporting, and financial systems.The ideal candidate should have a strong operational understanding of restaurant accounting, including Food Cost, Labor Cost, inventory, COGS, branch P&L, POS reconciliation, delivery platforms, and multi-branch accounting operations.Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the accounting function, month-end closing, and preparation of financial statements.
• Manage General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, bank accounts, and treasury operations.
• Manage cost accounting, inventory, COGS, purchasing, and branch profitability.
• Monitor sales, settlements, commissions, and collections from food delivery platforms.
• Prepare and analyze branch P&L, Food Cost, Labor Cost, and other key financial indicators.
• Reconcile POS sales, cash, card payments, and delivery platform settlements and investigate discrepancies.
• Oversee Odoo and Foodics and ensure effective integration and reconciliation between operational and accounting data.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and management reports to support decision-making.
• Strengthen financial controls and minimize waste, leakage, errors, and financial discrepancies.
• Lead, supervise, and develop the accounting team and oversee branch accounting operations.
• Ensure proper accounting procedures, controls, and documentation are implemented across all branches.
• Ensure compliance with ZATCA requirements, including zakat, VAT, tax, and other applicable statutory obligations.Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Minimum 5 years of proven, recent, hands-on accounting experience within the restaurant / F&B industry.
• Strong experience in accounting management, cost accounting, Food Cost, COGS, inventory, and branch profitability.
• Experience in multi-branch restaurant operations is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of POS reconciliation, delivery platform settlements, and restaurant sales reconciliation.
• Proven experience in month-end closing, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Proven experience in leading and supervising accounting teams.
• Valid membership with the Saudi Organization for Chartered and Professional Accountants (SOCPA).
• Strong knowledge of Odoo and Foodics is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and financial control skills.
• Ability to manage priorities, work under pressure, and meet month-end and reporting deadlines.

• إدارة محاسبة التكاليف، والمخزون، وتكلفة المبيعات (COGS)، والمشتريات، وتحليل ربحية الفروع.
• متابعة المبيعات والتسويات والعمولات والتحصيلات الخاصة بـ منصات وتطبيقات التوصيل.
• إعداد وتحليل قوائم الأرباح والخسائر (P&L) للفروع، وتكلفة الطعام (Food Cost)، وتكلفة العمالة (Labor Cost) ومؤشرات الأداء المالي ذات العلاقة.
• إجراء ومراجعة تسويات مبيعات نقاط البيع (POS)، والمدفوعات النقدية، ومدفوعات البطاقات، وتسويات منصات التوصيل والتحقق من أي فروقات.
• الإشراف على أنظمة Odoo وFoodics وضمان التكامل والتسوية الفعّالة بين البيانات التشغيلية والمحاسبية.
• إعداد وتحليل التقارير المالية والموازنات والتوقعات والتقارير الإدارية لدعم اتخاذ القرارات.
• تعزيز الرقابة المالية والحد من الهدر والتسرب والأخطاء والفروقات المالية.
• قيادة وإدارة وتطوير فريق المحاسبة والإشراف على العمليات المحاسبية للفروع.
• ضمان تطبيق الإجراءات والضوابط المحاسبية وآليات التوثيق المناسبة في جميع الفروع.
• ضمان الالتزام بمتطلبات هيئة الزكاة والضريبة والجمارك (ZATCA)، بما في ذلك الزكاة وضريبة القيمة المضافة والضرائب والالتزامات النظامية ذات العلاقة.المتطلبات
• بكالوريوس في المحاسبة.
• خبرة عملية حديثة ومباشرة في المحاسبة بقطاع المطاعم والأغذية والمشروبات (F&B) لا تقل عن 5 سنوات.
• خبرة قوية في إدارة الحسابات، ومحاسبة التكاليف، وتكلفة الطعام (Food Cost)، وتكلفة المبيعات (COGS)، والمخزون، وربحية الفروع.
• يفضل وجود خبرة في إدارة العمليات المحاسبية لمنشآت مطاعم متعددة الفروع.
• فهم قوي لـ تسويات نقاط البيع (POS)، وتسويات منصات التوصيل، وتسويات مبيعات المطاعم.
• خبرة مثبتة في الإقفالات الشهرية، وإعداد التقارير المالية، والموازنات والتوقعات المالية.
• خبرة مثبتة في قيادة وإدارة فرق المحاسبة.
• عضوية سارية لدى الهيئة السعودية للمراجعين والمحاسبين (SOCPA).
• يفضل وجود خبرة قوية في Odoo وFoodics.
• مهارات قوية في القيادة والتحليل وحل المشكلات واتخاذ القرار والرقابة المالية.
• القدرة على إدارة الأولويات والعمل تحت الضغط والالتزام بمواعيد الإقفالات والتقارير المالية.
• الجاهزية للبدء بالعمل فورًا أو خلال مدة لا تتجاوز شهرًا واحدًا.
