Accounting Specialist

Job Description:Record, verify, and reconcile financial transactions to ensure accurate and complete accounting records.Prepare internal and external financial reports, regulatory submissions, and period-end closing activities in compliance with applicable accounting standards.Analyze financial data, account balances, and transaction movements to support accurate financial reporting and management decision-making.Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements (OJK Regulator), and company policies while maintaining high-quality financial reporting.Support internal and external audits by providing financial data, documentation, and analysis.Manage financial data integration, validation, and process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy, efficiency, and data integrity.Job Requirements:Bachelor Degree from Accounting or FinanceAt least 3 years of working experience as Accounting at Banking or Financial Services (specifically on public accountant is a plus).Strong knowledge of PSAK and financial reporting standardsUnderstanding of journal entries, general ledger and account reconciliationStrong financial analysis and data validation skill
