Accounting Supervisor

Job Summary The Accounting Supervisor oversees the company's daily accounting operations and those of its managed real estate portfolio, leads the accounting team, ensures accurate and timely financial reporting and full regulatory compliance, and provides financial analysis to support management's decision-making. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily accounting operations and ensure compliance with approved policies and procedures. Manage the accounting team, assign tasks, and monitor performance. Review journal entries, reconciliations, accounts, and accounting records. Lead monthly and annual closing and review financial statements and reports. Monitor property accounts, including rental income, collections, owners, tenants, revenues, and expenses. Ensure proper allocation of property revenues and expenses and review property profitability. Review taxes, fixed assets, accruals, provisions, depreciation, and period-end adjustments. Analyze discrepancies and ensure accounting errors are identified and corrected. Coordinate with relevant departments and internal and external auditors to resolve accounting issues. Contribute to budgets, cash flow, and financial forecasts. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal controls. Report financial risks and material accounting issues to the Finance Manager. Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support management decision-making. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting +10 years of experience in the accounting field Saudi nationality Fluency in Arabic and English Key Competencies Strong leadership and team management skills Proficiency in ERP systems and accounting software Sound knowledge of VAT, withholding tax, and ZATCA regulations Experience in real estate and property management accounting Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and reporting abilities What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits package Medical insurance for you and your family Professional development and career growth opportunities A collaborative and supportive work environment
