The organization is committed to student success and provides comprehensive resources and expert guidance to help learners achieve their educational goals.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Accounting Teacher role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Accounting Teacher will plan and deliver engaging lessons in accounting and related subjects, aligned with the center’s curriculum and test preparation requirements. Daily responsibilities include preparing teaching materials, explaining accounting concepts, guiding learners through problem-solving exercises, and providing regular feedback on performance. The role involves assessing student progress, maintaining accurate records, and offering additional support through tutorials or revision sessions as needed. The Accounting Teacher will collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching methods, uphold academic standards, and contribute to a supportive and inclusive learning environment.Qualifications Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and basic auditing concepts, with the ability to explain them clearly to learners.Experience in teaching or tutoring accounting or finance subjects, preferably in a test prep, coaching center, or school environment.Ability to design lesson plans, practice questions, and exam-style mock tests tailored to different learner levels.Effective classroom management skills and the ability to create an inclusive, respectful, and motivating learning atmosphere.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills are an advantage.Solid organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple classes, grading, and student consultations.Comfort with using educational technology, online resources, and digital tools to support teaching and assessment.Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field; professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CMA) are a plus.Commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with accounting standards and exam requirements.Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and adapt to the center’s academic policies and procedures.
