Accounting Transformation Specialist

Join a regional Finance Transformation initiative supporting the migration to OracleGlobal Finance Systems (GFS) across Latin America. You'll work at theintersection of Accounting, Finance, and Technology, helping ensure successfulsystem implementations, data migrations, and process improvements acrossmultiple countries.What You¨ll Do Support Oracle finance system migrations across LATAM. Validate, reconcile, cleanse, and map financial data. Partner with Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Reporting, and IT teams. Participate in testing, issue resolution, and process improvement initiatives. Analyze how system changes impact financial reporting and close activities. Collaborate with stakeholders across Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia,Mexico, and Peru. Act as a key liaison between the U.S.-based IT Transformation teamand Finance stakeholders across LATAM, ensuring effectivecommunication, alignment, and execution throughout thetransformation program.What We¨re Looking For✅ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.✅ 3+ years of experience in Accounting, Financial Reporting, Financial Systems,or Finance Transformation is a must.✅ Hands-on experience supporting: Month-end, quarter-end, or year-end close Account reconciliations Journal entries Financial reporting Audit support✅ Experience with ERP implementations, system migrations, or processtransformation projects.✅ Ability to work effectively with both Finance and Technology teams.✅ Advanced to Fluent English (required). This role requires daily interactionwith U.S.-based IT teams and regional stakeholders across LATAM. Thesuccessful candidate must be comfortable leading discussions, translatingbusiness requirements, facilitating meetings, and communicating complextopics in English.Nice to Have Oracle, Oracle Cloud ERP, SAP Finance, or similar ERP experience.
