Location: MumbaiRole OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts and Finance Intern to join our finance team.

The Accounts & Finance Intern will support the finance team with day-to-day accounting and financial operations in a full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. Responsibilities include assisting with bookkeeping, invoice processing, expense tracking, and reconciliations, as well as maintaining accurate financial records and documentation. The intern will help prepare basic financial reports, support budgeting and forecasting activities, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve queries related to accounts and payments. The role involves working with finance tools and spreadsheets, ensuring compliance with internal policies, and contributing to process improvements within the accounts and finance function. The intern will collaborate closely with senior team members, gaining exposure to finance operations in a fast-paced cybersecurity environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport day-to-day bookkeeping, invoice entry, and financial record-keeping.Assist in processing accounts payable and receivable, verifying billing documentation, and tracking collections.Help prepare monthly bank reconciliations, expense sheets, and operational financial summaries.Support basic GST documentation, TDS records, and routine compliance filings.Maintain organized digital and physical financial archives for internal audits.Candidate RequirementsPursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Commerce (B.Com/BMS/BAF), Finance, or a related discipline.Clear understanding of core accounting principles, debit/credit mechanics, and journal entries.Working knowledge of Tally (ERP 9 / Prime) is highly preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data sorting, basic tables) and MS Office.High attention to detail, strong numerical accuracy, and good communication skills.
