Employees can expect a collaborative environment that values accountability, attention to detail, and continuous improvement in both production and customer service.Role Description The Accounts & Finance Manager – F & B Industries is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger maintenance, bank reconciliations, and cash flow monitoring. The manager prepares monthly and annual financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and cost analyses specific to food and beverage operations, such as inventory, wastage, and margin control. The role involves ensuring compliance with local financial regulations and tax requirements, implementing internal controls, and supporting audits. The Accounts & Finance Manager collaborates closely with operations, procurement, and senior management to optimize pricing, cost structures, and profitability, while providing regular financial reports and insights to guide business decisions.Performs accounting for all the kitchens, and reconciles sales, inventories, and commissions of ERP with accounting software.Maintains the accounts payable vendor system and enters new vendors into the system.Strong Hands-on experience in cost control management, Inventory, and stock audit.Preparing all the food and beverage menu items costing, items variance analysis, creating and updating recipes, and uploading it in the system.Monitor and analyse accounting data and produce financial reports/ statements.Reconciles assigned balance sheet accounts, such as inventories, prepaid deposits, and reconciles subsystem with General LedgerManage all purchasing and liaising with the reporting manager / CEO.Manage cash balances and cash forecasts to meet the company's needs.Preparing monthly balance sheets, income statements, and changes in financial position/budget variance analyses.Handling of Petty Cash Funds, Expenses and Replenishments.Monthly Reports, Financial statements, Cash Flow projections, special analyses, and information reports, for managementFormulate general ledger and closing reports by inputing in-depth details of the firm's transactions.A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.Maintaining payment records and files and maintaining the outgoing payment registerProviding accounting support during store inventories and posting necessary journals.Posting all month-end closing journals and maintaining necessary schedules.Point of contact for external, internal, and revenue audits.Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations.QualificationsStrong accounting and financial management skills, including general ledger accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control, preferably within the food and beverage or hospitality industry.Experience in cash flow management, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and working capital optimization.Knowledge of UAE or regional financial regulations, taxation, and compliance standards, with the ability to implement robust internal controls and support audits.Proficiency with accounting and ERP software, as well as strong Excel skills for financial modeling, analysis, and data reconciliation.Proficient user of finance/accounting software: SAPAAD & QUICKBOOKSExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on accuracy and deadlines.Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with operations, procurement, and leadership teams.Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent are an advantage.Previous experience in a managerial finance role, ideally within F & B or related sectors, and the ability to lead and develop accounting staff.SALARY: up to AED 12,000 to AED 15,000 based on experience and qualifications.WORK LOCATION: Khalifa City-A, Abu Dhabi, UAEAVAILABILITY: Can join immediately (preferably candidates on a Cancel Visa or a Visit Visa)EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent
