Accounts & Logistics Executive

AccountsDay-to-day bookkeeping: supplier invoices, customer invoices, paymentsBank reconciliations, and reconciling marketplace and cash-on-delivery settlementsPrepare VAT returns and coordinate with our external accountantsMaintain supplier and customer statements, and follow up on collectionsWeekly cash and receivables reportLogisticsImport documentation: commercial invoices, certificates of origin, customs clearanceTrack inbound shipments and flag delays earlyCoordinate with our 3PL on inbound receiving, stock accuracy and outbound ordersReconcile stock records against 3PL reportsSupport purchase orders and goods-received matchingWhat we're looking for2–4 years in accounting, ideally in trading, distribution or e-commerceSolid Excel, and hands-on experience with an accounting system (Zoho, QuickBooks, Xero or similar)Working knowledge of UAE VATExposure to import documentation and customs clearance — a strong advantageOrganised, accurate, and comfortable chasing things until they're closedEnglish required; Arabic an advantageBachelor's degree in accounting, finance or a related fieldUAE experience preferredWhat we offerCompetitive salary based on experienceA small team where your work is visible and your scope grows with the business
