Accounts Assistant – Toronto, ONLocation: Toronto, ONWorkplace: Fully On-Site | No Remote or Hybrid OptionsPosition: Full-TimeWorking Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PMExperience: Previous administration, bookkeeping, or client-facing experience preferredBehind every successful client partnership is an accounts team that knows how to track, communicate and deliver.We're expanding our finance team and have an opening for an Accounts Assistant. This position offers the chance to gain experience across different client portfolios while working in a structured, collaborative office environment.How You'll Spend Your Week

• Helping process vendor invoices and client billing schedules from entry through to reconciliation
• Maintaining ledger logs, payment deadlines and account status trackers
• Liaising with clients, vendors and internal departments on invoice or payment inquiries
• Preparing financial statements, ledger summaries and account documentation
• Monitoring account receivables/payables and flagging potential billing discrepancies
• Coordinating client records and supporting day-to-day administrative operations
• Assisting senior account managers with audits, month-end closes and performance updatesWe're interested in people who are organized, comfortable taking initiative and able to communicate professionally.Ideally, you'll have:
• Experience in accounting support, bookkeeping, data entry, administration or client services
• Strong time management and high precision with numeric detail
• Confidence communicating with colleagues, vendors and corporate clients
• Ability to manage several financial priorities without losing track of deadlines
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks or similar office software
