Accounts Executive - finance

About Us:Mattrade Resources is a leading metal and minerals trading company with a global presence and a subsidiaryin the UAE. We're seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to join our team and oversee our accountingoperations.We're looking for a skilled Accounts Manager with a strong background in accounting, finance, and complianceto manage our accounting functions, ensure timely compliance, and drive financial growth.Responsibilities:• Manage and oversee accounting operations, including financial statement preparation, budgeting, andforecasting• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements (GST, TDS, ROC)• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including bookkeeping and ledger management• Proficient in Tally/Zoho Books and other accounting software• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations• Provide financial insights and support business growth initiatives• Ensure compliance with international accounting standards and regulatory requirements for our UAEsubsidiary• Knowledge of credit arrangements from banks, LC, and BG opening• Draft preparation, document handling, and negotiations of documents• Knowledge of UCP600 and trade finance• Understanding of BOE (Bill of Entry) and customs duty procedures• Preparation of MIS (Management Information System) reports• Invoicing and E-way bill generation• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and E-way bill generationRequirements: Minimum 4+years of experience in accounting and finance Excellent communication and analytical skills Regular MBA/MCOM/CA/CMA from a reputed institution Current location: Gurgaon or willing to relocateWhat We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunity to work with a leading metal and minerals trading company with a global presence Collaborative and dynamic work environment Professional development and growth opportunities
