Accounts Executive (Contractor)This is a remote full-time role, ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in accounting and finance, while contributing to a mission-driven organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Record daily financial transactions into accounting systemsManage accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing and payment follow-upsReconcile bank and supplier statementsMaintain organised financial records and documentationPrepare basic financial reports for managementSupport month-end and year-end closingsAssist with payroll and expense trackingResolve billing issues with vendors and internal teamsEnsure compliance with financial policies and proceduresHandle additional finance-related admin tasks as requiredWhat We're Looking For:A degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or studying towards their CA or ACCA is preferred.Familiarity with accounting principles and financial processesProficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office SuiteFamiliarity with accounting platforms (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Sage) is a plusStrong attention to detail and accuracyGood communication skills – written and spokenSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaborativelyDiploma or degree in Accounting/Finance (preferred)Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar roleWhy Join Eleanor?UK-based organisation with a strong reputation in healthcareReal exposure to financial operations of a leading UK care groupFlexible work: Fully remote with future hybrid potentialCompetitive salary: Starting at Rs.120,000/monthWork-life balance: Monday–Friday schedule, working UK business hours.Paid leave: 28 days annually, aligned with UK calendarCareer growth: Development opportunities in an expanding international teamEducation support: Financial support for selected professional qualifications after probation
