Accounts Manager - Fintech

We are seeking an experienced Finance & Accounting Manager to join our FinTech organization in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting with proven experience managing financial operations, reporting, compliance, and stakeholder relationships.Key Responsibilities· Lead and manage the overall finance and accounting function, ensuring accurate and timely financial operations.· Oversee financial reporting, including preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.· Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities while ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.· Develop and monitor financial plans, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections to support business objectives.· Provide financial analysis and insights to senior management to support strategic decision-making.· Establish, maintain, and improve internal financial controls, policies, and procedures.· Ensure compliance with local regulations, IFRS standards, tax requirements, and company policies.· Coordinate and manage external audits, internal audits, and regulatory reviews.· Work closely with auditors, consultants, banks, and external financial stakeholders.· Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, payments, and financial transactions.· Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, revenue recognition, and working capital management.· Analyze financial performance, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions to improve profitability.· Prepare management dashboards, financial reports, and key performance indicator (KPI) analysis.· Ensure accurate financial data management and integrity across finance systems and reporting platforms.· Assist in evaluating business cases, partnerships, investments, and expansion opportunities.· Mentor and guide junior finance team members, ensuring knowledge sharing and professional development.· Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive financial information.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.7–10 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting (minimum 5 years required).Experience in the FinTech industry is mandatory.Professional certification preferred (CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent).Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting principles, and compliance.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.You may also register your profile through our website and apply here: https://www.nadia-me.com/job/details/621
