Accounts Officer, Arndell Park, NSWFull-time, on-site. $70,000 to $80,000 + super depending on experienceRymed sells energy-based medical equipment used in minimally invasive procedures, the kind of equioment that reduces trauma and gets patients home faster. We're a small team and we work closely with our suppliers to make sure hospitals get equipment that actually fits their workflow, not just a box that ticks a spec sheet.We need someone to run the accounts and keep the office moving. Day to day that means invoices in and out, reconciliations, chasing the odd overdue payment and getting BAS and FBT done properly and on time. You'll also pick up general admin, filing, scheduling, dealing with suppliers, whatever needs doing to keep things running smoothly. It's a hands-on role in a small company, so expect some variety.What we need you to have:At least 5 years doing accounts and admin work, and you know your way around BAS, FBT and super obligations here in AustraliaSolid Excel skills and you're comfortable with the basics of AP/AR, invoicing and pulling together financial reportsYou've dealt with customers or clients directly and can handle an account query without it turning into a sagaGood to have but not essential:You've used Oracle NetSuite or something similarA degree in accounting, finance or business, though we'd rather hire someone sharp with the runs on the board than someone with the piece of paper and no experienceAs we grow our business there's a genuine path to a Finance Manager role for the right person.If this sounds like you, send through your CV and a line or two about your BAS and FBT experience.
