The mission is to promote good health and meaningful value through innovative services, convenient locations, and exceptional customer care.Role Description The purpose of the Payable Accountant IS TO MANAGE and control suppliers reconciliation on a monthly BASIS, TO obtain all missing documents from suppliers, to provide suppliers with missing documents, and to follow up and clear all reconciling items, and to manage and control monthly SUPPLIERS’ payments. the payable accountant is tasked with the follow up of suppliers discounts & rebates.Key Responsibilities:·       Set up and maintain vendor files.·       Filing all Accounts Payable related documentation and backup.·       monthly Reconciliation of Suppliers accounts.·       Prepare suppliers’ payments as per contracts.·       Communicate with vendors to resolve account discrepancies and respond to vendor inquiries.·       Record, control and report on monthly suppliers’ Discounts and rebates.·       VAT filing and reporting.·       Work closely with the accounting team on various analyses and process improvement projects.·       Prepare and share Annual internal & external audit requirements.Participate in ad-hoc projects and special tasks, as assigned.Qualifications & Experience:·       Bachelor’s degree in accounting or relevant field from an accredited college / university.·       Minimum 3-5 years of experience in A/P, Purchase to Inventory Cycle, Suppliers Reconciliation & supplier’s rebates, VAT Tax filing.·       Prior experience working in the MENA / KSA region.Prior experience / knowledge in pharmaceutical Retails industry preferred.
