The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end accounts payable cycle, from receiving and verifying supplier invoices through accounting, payment processing, reconciliation, and month-end closing. The role ensures that all supplier transactions are accurately recorded, properly supported, approved in accordance with company policies, and settled on time.Key Responsibilities:Invoice processing and verification.Three-way matching with POs and GRNs.Supplier account reconciliation.Payment preparation.Advance and prepayment accounting.Withholding tax and VAT treatment.AP aging monitoring.Resolving supplier discrepancies.Maintaining complete supporting documentation.Supports monthly financial closing and provides accurate AP reports and reconciliations to management and auditors.Requirements:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.📍 Location: Riyadh🕒 Employment Type: Full-timeIf you meet the above criteria, please apply directly via LinkedIn.Join us and be part of a team that values safety and excellence!
