Accounts Payable Analyst

Our client is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to go onsite to Middlesex County NJ.

Responsibilities

Process invoices and basic bookkeeping tasksEnsure proper tracking, payment, and delivery of purchase orders and purchasesDrive significant cost savings by assisting in vendor negotiationsDrive standardization across payment terms and supplier credit

Requirements

1+ years of experience in APBachelor's degreeStrong interpersonal skills, a team focus, and the ability to work in cross-functional teamsStrong verbal and written communication skillsThe annual base salary range is $55,000 to $60,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
