Employment Type: Full-TimeJob SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Executive to support the Finance & Accounts team in managing vendor invoices, payment processing, reconciliations, and day-to-day accounting activities.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of basic accounting principles, good numerical accuracy, and proficiency in MS Excel and SAP.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess and verify vendor invoices, bills, and supporting documents.Ensure accurate recording of invoices in the accounting system.Perform vendor ledger reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.Assist in vendor payment processing and payment follow-ups.Verify purchase orders, invoices, and goods receipt details before processing payments.Maintain proper documentation of invoices, payment records, and vendor accounts.Coordinate with internal departments and vendors regarding invoice discrepancies and payment status.Assist with GST-related documentation, TDS deductions, and other applicable statutory requirements.Support month-end closing activities and preparation of accounts payable reports.Ensure compliance with company policies and established accounting procedures.Required Qualifications & ExperienceB.Com / Graduate in Commerce or Accounting – Mandatory.1 year of relevant experience in Accounts Payable or Finance & Accounts.Basic knowledge of accounting principles, vendor reconciliation, and invoice processing.Familiarity with GST, TDS, and basic statutory compliance.Proficiency in MS Excel and SAP.Good numerical, analytical, and documentation skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.Key Skills:Accounts Payable | Invoice Processing | Vendor Reconciliation | Payment Processing | GST & TDS Basics | MS Excel | ERP/Accounting Software | Documentation | Numerical Accuracy | Coordination
