Accounts Payable Clerk

At Radisson Hotel Group, we believe that every detail matters — including the numbers behind our success!We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Payable Clerk to join our Finance team.If you enjoy working with numbers, keeping things accurate and being part of a dynamic hospitality environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!Job DescriptionWhat You'll Be DoingRegister, verify and process supplier invoices accurately and on time using our accounting system, Scala.Check invoices against purchase orders, contracts and supporting documents, ensuring correct amounts, VAT and approvals.Process stock invoices, expense reports, commission invoices and service-related invoices.Reconcile supplier accounts, advance payments and inventory-related transactions.Monitor electronic invoices through the E-invoice system (Edicom) and ensure proper documentation.Maintain accurate supplier records, payment details and contract information.Ensure correct cost allocation between Radisson Blu and Park Inn.Work closely with suppliers and internal departments to resolve discrepancies and support timely payments.Assist with month-end closing activities, financial reporting and audit documentation.QualificationsWhat We're Looking ForPrevious experience in accounting, Accounts Payable or a similar finance-related role.Good understanding of basic accounting principles and invoice processing.Good Excel skills and confidence working with financial data.Experience with Scala, Materials Control (MC) or similar accounting systems is an advantage.Strong attention to detail, accuracy and organizational skills.Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize daily tasks.Good communication skills and a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset.Good command of English.Studies in Accounting, Finance or Economics are an advantage.Additional InformationAt Radisson Hotel Group, you'll become part of an international hospitality team where collaboration, professional development and new opportunities are part of our everyday culture.Ready to make every detail count?Join our Finance team at Radisson Blu Hotel Bucharest & Park Inn by Radisson Bucharest and take the next step in your career!Apply now — we look forward to meeting you!
