Accounts Receivable Accountant

Client: a leading Australian HL Landscapes civil, commercial, and industrial landscaping company with over 50 years of industry experience.-100% WFH-Budget is open-MUST HAVE strong Accounts Receivable experience f-MUST HAVE Australian experience-MUST HAVE Xero software experience

Key Responsibilities

-Prepare and submit progress claims and customer invoices.-Ensure accurate reconciliations between Xero accounting software and claims system.-Monitor outstanding accounts and follow up overdue payments.-Maintain accurate debtor records and collection notes within Xero and claims system.-Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies.-Track payment schedules, cash retentions and retention release dates.-Follow up the release of retentions and security bonds.-Assist with debtor reporting and cashflow forecasting.-Maintain customer details, contracts, purchase orders and supporting documentation.-Respond promptly to customer and project team enquiries.If keen, please send your updated CV and send it to migs@introrecruitment.asia and elard@introrecruitment.asia
