Be a part of shaping the future of our resort and creating unforgettable experiences for our guests in this stunning location.Responsible for managing and monitoring the hotel’s accounts receivable activities, ensuring accurate and timely collection of outstanding balances.Key Responsibilities:Manage daily accounts receivable transactions, including posting payments, invoices, and adjustments.Monitor guest, company, and travel agency accounts and follow up on outstanding balances.Prepare and send invoices, statements, and supporting documents to customers and corporate clients.Perform daily and monthly reconciliation of accounts receivable balances.Coordinate with the Front Office, Sales, Reservations, and Finance teams to resolve billing discrepancies.Follow up with customers regarding overdue payments and maintain accurate collection records.Assist with month-end closing procedures and prepare relevant AR reports.Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with hotel accounting policies and procedures.Support internal and external audits by providing required financial records and documentation.Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely processing of all financial transactions.Experience: 1–2 years in Accounts Receivable, preferably within the hotel or hospitality industry.
