Accounts Receivable & Collections Specialist

Position SummaryWe are looking for an Accounts Receivable & Collections Specialist with construction industry experience to manage billing, payment applications, collections, and contract administration. The ideal candidate has worked with subcontractors or specialty trade contractors and is comfortable navigating GC billing platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and submit AIA G702/G703 payment applicationsManage accounts receivable, invoicing, and collectionsProcess billing through Procore, RedTeam, and e-Builder portalsMaintain accurate records in QuickBooks Online and ProcoreConduct weekly collections follow-ups and prepare aging reportsCoordinate with project managers and general contractors regarding payment statusRequired Qualifications2+ years of construction AR, billing, or contract administration experienceExperience with AIA G702/G703 pay applicationsProficiency with QuickBooks Online (QBO) and ProcoreFamiliarity with GC billing portals (RedTeam, Procore Invoicing, e-Builder)Excellent communication and organizational skillsBilingual English/Spanish preferred
