Accounts Receivable & Credit Control Specialist

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and highly organized Accounts Receivable & Credit Control Specialist to join our team and contribute to the effective management of customer accounts and cash collection activities. Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor customer accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of outstanding balances.Follow up on overdue invoices and maintain regular communication with customers regarding payment status.Prepare and issue customer statements, account reconciliations, and collection-related reports.Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, invoice queries, and account-related issues in cooperation with internal departments and customers.Monitor accounts receivable aging and support the implementation of effective credit control and collection actions.Maintain accurate customer account records and ensure timely and proper allocation of incoming payments.Liaise with the Finance, Sales, Operations, and other internal teams to support efficient invoicing and collection processes. Position RequirementsDegree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.Previous experience in accounts receivable, credit control, collections, or a related financial role.Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Fluent in written and spoken English.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced international environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsExperience with ERP systems; familiarity with SoftOne ERP will be considered an advantage.Strong attention to detail and a structured, results-oriented approach.
