Accounts Receivable & Payable Specialist

Location: Dubai, UAECompany: Liquid of LifeLiquid of Life is looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable & Payable Specialist to join our growing finance team.This is a hands-on operational accounting role responsible for managing customer collections, supplier payments, reconciliations and day-to-day accounting transactions. We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and takes ownership of their work.ResponsibilitiesManage the full Accounts Receivable process, including invoicing, collections and customer follow-up.Manage the full Accounts Payable process, including supplier invoices, payment processing and reconciliations.Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.Process accounting entries accurately and on time.Reconcile customer and supplier statements.Coordinate with the sales, operations and customer service teams to resolve billing issues.Maintain proper supporting documentation for all transactions.Assist with month-end closing activities.Ensure accounting records are accurate and up to date at all times.Work within the company's ERP system (Zoho Books preferred).Requirements3–6 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in the UAE.Experience managing both Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.Previous experience using an ERP system (Zoho Books is highly preferred).Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.Good written and spoken English.Able to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
