Trend Marketing continues to experience strong annual growth in the Canadian market, supported by a collaborative and dedicated team environment.Role Description Reporting to the A/R Manager, this full-time remote Accounts Receivable Analyst role is responsible for managing and optimizing the billing and collections process for Trend Marketing’s diverse customer base. Day-to-day tasks include generating and reviewing invoices, monitoring customer accounts, reconciling payments, and investigating discrepancies to ensure accurate financial records. The analyst will follow up on overdue accounts, communicate with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues, and provide regular reporting on receivables performance. The role also involves supporting continuous improvement of billing procedures, maintaining organized documentation, and contributing to a proactive, service-oriented approach to customer account management.QualificationsMinimum 5 years of experience in an Accounts Receivable positionStrong billing and invoicing skills, including experience with Billing Process and Invoicing tools and workflows.Strong proficiency with ERP software (NetSuite an asset) and MS Excel (Pivot Tables & VLookups)Proficient analytical skills and a solid understanding of Finance to interpret account data and support decision-making.Effective Communication skills for interacting with customers, sales teams, and internal departments in a clear, professional manner.Experience with accounts receivable, collections, and account reconciliation in a corporate or commercial environment.Comfort with remote work, including the ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate records independently.Proficiency with spreadsheets and accounting or ERP software; advanced Excel skills are an asset.Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and commitment to maintaining high levels of accuracy and customer service.Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Please submit your resume in English format to be considered for the position.
