Competitive Total Rewards (Compensation, Allowance) Remote, Day Shift and Paid Time Off) Company Provided EquipmentYour RoleAs an AU Accounts Receivable Payment Allocation Officer , you are responsible for:Bank Statement uploaded into company's quick payments (statement provided by a member of the A/R team)Print MINT report ensuring all items have been entered and allocatedPost quick payment receipts from the previous dayReceipts entered and allocated (company quick payments) including all Cheques; Eftpos; Credit cards, Cash, Direct Debits, MINTMaintenance of all customer communications in the system including date, any invoice copies supplied, POD requests etc.Reconciliation of customer accounts as requiredUnallocated list to be reviewed and allocated where possiblePrompt reporting of unpaid invoices to the relevant A/R clerk after allocation of payments are completeQualifications and Experience:Degree in Accountancy or relatedAt least 2 years of experience in a similar roleIntermediate to Advanced Excel skillsProficient in Google Apps and MS OfficeWell organised and process orientedAttention to detail with a high proficiency level of account reconciliation skillsFast and accurate data entry skillsAbility to prioritise and manage expectationsAbility to work independentlyStrong analytical and numerical skillsExcellent communication skills both verbal and writtenAbility to communicate articulately and efficiently with other people within the companyAbout BeepoBeepo is a full-service Australian-owned outsourcing company, with a team of 15,000 across 6 countries — the largest, and most diverse Australian-owned customer experience outsourcing provider.Our Beepo office is located in Clark, Pampanga.
