Each team member is responsible for their own client portfolio.We are currently seeking an additional member to join our Accounts Receivable team on a full-time basis, working remotely in Colombia.What you will do:This is an end-to-end global AR role which collaborates closely with the sales teams, regional directors, contracts team, and client success teams. Your key responsibilities will include:Issuing invoices for multiple entitiesRecording client payments in multiple currenciesUpdating client detailsProcessing and setting up one-time credit card paymentsChasing delinquent accounts by phone and emailOnline store reconciliationsReconciliation of daily merchant settlementsResponding to client enquiriesIdentifying and problem-solving customer account issuesCollaboratively working with the team to improve processesIs this you?You are bilingual, with English as your second language, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.Have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a high-volume AR positionUnderstand sales orders, billing schedules and purchase ordersExcellent attention to detailGreat communication skills, both verbal and writtenBe a team player, as well as able to work autonomouslyDemonstrated ability to form and maintain client partner relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to support key outcomesIntermediate to advanced excel skillsAble to learn & adapt to new software and systemsEffective time management skills and the ability to prioritize workflowNetSuite experience preferred, but not essentialIf you are successful in this role, you may be required to come out to Australia for training.
