Accounts Receivable Specialist

**MUST HAVE HEAVY EXCEL SKILLS**Position Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounts receivable, ensuring timely invoicing, collections, and accurate record-keeping while providing excellent service to our clients.Key Responsibilities:Generate and issue customer invoices accurately and in a timely mannerMonitor and manage customer accounts to ensure prompt paymentFollow up on past-due accounts and resolve billing discrepanciesMaintain detailed records of all accounts receivable transactionsCollaborate with internal teams and customers to resolve payment issuesReconcile accounts and prepare reports for managementAssist with month-end and year-end financial closing activitiesMaintain compliance with company policies and applicable accounting regulationsQualifications:Proven experience in accounts receivable, billing, or related finance rolesStrong understanding of accounting principles and practicesExperience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite) and Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to prioritize tasks and manage multiple accounts simultaneouslyHigh level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential financial information
