Accounts Receivable SpecialistLocation: Tampa, FloridaFull-time | Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (In-Office)Overview:We’re seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual with a proven track record in Accounts Receivable processes. If you enjoy and have the skills to manage accounts receivable workflows, we’d love to hear from you!Responsibilities:Process customer payments and apply cash receipts accurately.Prepare and distribute invoices while monitoring outstanding balances.Follow up on past-due accounts and resolve payment discrepancies.Reconcile customer accounts and research billing issues.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely collections.Maintain detailed records and support month-end closing activities.Requirements:2+ years of accounts receivable or related accounting experience.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software/ERP systems.Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.Benefits:MedicalVisionDental401KPTO and Holidays*This is a permanent/ direct-hire opportunity.
