Accounts Receivable Specialist

Our client, an internationally recognized company in the luxury fashion space, is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced AR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and culturally sophisticated environment.Responsibilities:Manage the full accounts receivable process, including invoicing, cash application, account reconciliation, and collectionsMonitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances in a timely and professional mannerInvestigate and resolve billing discrepancies, payment issues, and account-related inquiriesPartner cross-functionally with internal departments and external customers to ensure accurate and efficient AR operationsPrepare and analyze AR reports using Excel to support financial visibility and decision-makingMaintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and proceduresAssist with month-end close activities related to accounts receivableQualifications:3+ years of accounts receivable experienceBachelor’s degree requiredStrong Excel skills requiredExperience with NetSuite is highly preferredExperience within luxury fashion, retail, or a similarly brand-conscious environment is a plusAdditional language skills are a plusExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsPolished, professional demeanor with the ability to interact effectively across international teamsStrong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
