Accounts Receivable Specialist

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring key accounting functions are completed in a timely manner and providing top-notch customer service to our contractors and vendors. This position places a strong emphasis on the successful execution of established accounting processes and procedures. Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and send invoices in Quickbooks OnlineRecord payments in Quickbooks OnlineManage Collections on accountsSend remittance details and clear invoices with our lenderSet up Payroll through ADP WorkforceNowManage CommissionsKeep track of statements of work and purchase ordersRequired Education and QualificationsBachelor's degree in accounting/finance, preferredFluent in English2-4 years bookkeeping experienceWorking knowledge of Quickbooks Online, ADP WorkforceNow, and Bullhorn, preferredStaffing experience a plusPrevious experience working for a U.S.-based companyStrong understanding of Basic U.S. Accounting PrinciplesExperience working in an Accounting/Finance department Must be able to interact with clients in a professional mannerPossess excellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work as part of a team as well as individuallySelf-starterProficiency in Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word and Excel)Ability to maintain confidentialityStrong administrative skills with significant attention to detailAbility to perform mathematical and data processing tasks rapidly and accuratelyAbility to exercise professional judgement and problem-solving skills Ability to multi-task and prioritizeMust be flexible and willing to learn and adapt to an ever-changing environmentAbout Us STAND 8 provides end-to-end IT solutions to enterprise partners across the United States and globally with offices in Los Angeles, Atlanta, New York, Mexico, Japan, India, and more.
