Accounts Receivable & Billing SpecialistAbout the RoleWe’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage the full lifecycle of client accounts. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate billing, timely collections, and strong client relationships. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy problem-solving, reconciliation, and cross-functional collaboration, this could be a great fit.What You’ll DoManage end-to-end billing and collections for an assigned portfolio of accountsMonitor AR aging and take proactive steps to maintain healthy account balancesInvestigate, reconcile, and resolve account discrepancies and payment variancesProcess and accurately apply daily cash receiptsConduct collection outreach and issue delinquency notices as neededPartner with internal teams to ensure accurate business submissions and smooth client onboardingIdentify and resolve data inconsistencies or missing information in submissionsMaintain detailed and accurate account notes following client communicationsAudit incoming payments and flag any irregularities or credit risksCollaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for process improvements and automationDeliver excellent customer service through clear and professional communicationWhat You Bring1–3 years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or general accountingStrong understanding of AR processes, collections, and reconciliationsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and OutlookExcellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skillsA proactive, hands-on approach with a high sense of ownershipPreferred QualificationsHigh school diploma required; some college coursework in accounting or finance preferredSchedule & Work EnvironmentMonday–Friday, 8:15 AM – 5 PM (occasional evenings/weekends as needed)Office-based role in a professional, team-oriented environmentThis is a non-exempt positionWhy Join Us?You’ll be part of a collaborative team where your work directly impacts client satisfaction and business performance.
