Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Accounts Receivable professional to join our team.Requirements:Proven experience in accounting and accounts receivableStrong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reportingExperience in invoicing, collections, and reconciliationProficiency in accounting software and MS ExcelGood communication and organizational skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesResponsibilities:Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely collectionsPrepare and issue invoicescollect job numbers and ensure following client payment proceduresReconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepanciesMonitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding paymentsMaintain accurate financial recordsAssist in month-end and year-end closing
