Accounts Receivable Specialist

Specialized Recruiting Group - Irvine is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist for a growing consumer products company in the Irvine, CA area. This is a full-time, permanent, direct hire opportunity. Base compensation starts at $30.00 to $34.00/hour.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze customer account activity and follow up on outstanding balances.Research and resolve payment discrepancies, deductions, and disputes.Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate customer balances.Resolve billing and payment issues.Monitor account activity and identify potential credit risks.Prepare collections and aging reports for management.Requirements3 years of accounts receivable, credit, or commercial collections experience.Experience with account reconciliations, deductions, and dispute resolution.Understanding of credit and collections processes.Advanced Excel skills and ERP system experience.Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Accounting, Finance, or Business degree preferred.At Specialized Recruiting Group, our team of employment professionals is deeply connected with local businesses that are actively hiring, giving you a competitive edge in your job search.
