This role is responsible for performing detailed accounting, reconciliation, and analytical duties to ensure attorney receivable accounts are accurately maintained.About the RoleThis role is responsible for performing detailed accounting, reconciliation, and analytical duties to ensure attorney receivable accounts are accurately maintained.ResponsibilitiesPerform complex analytical and reconciliation work for supplier and attorney receivable accountsMonitor payment status and investigate discrepancies on a consistent basisPost ACH and wire payments into Sage 100Use Excel to reconcile outstanding balances and resolve variancesEnter A/R transactions accurately into Sage 100Act as a strong, supportive member of the A/R teamBackup posting of pay file remittances into Sage 100Backup cost and fee uploads into Sage 100Post live checks and complete bank depositsCommunicate with attorneys and internal stakeholders to resolve account issuesComplete additional accounting and reconciliation tasks as assignedQualifications1–2 years of financial/accounting/AR experienceBachelors or Associates Required; preferably Finance/AccountingRequired SkillsStrong Excel skills (Intermediate Excel test required)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsProven reconciliation experience (A/R preferred)
