Accounts Receivable Specialist

Mapped Recruitment is partnering with a fast-growing international consumer wellness brand to recruit an experienced Finance Executive specialising in Accounts Receivable.Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, you will take ownership of the end-to-end AR function across multiple international entities, including D2C, e-commerce, marketplaces and wholesale channels.

Key Responsibilities

Manage invoicing, collections and accounts receivable reconciliations.Oversee automated invoicing and resolve discrepancies across sales channels.Manage outstanding balances, customer queries and key wholesale relationships.Support month-end reporting, reconciliations and intercompany transactions.Drive process improvements and strengthen AR controls.

Key Requirements

3 to 5+ years' experience in Accounts Receivable, credit control or collections.Experience of UAE, EU and UK entities is highly advantageousStrong Excel and ERP/accounting systems experience.Confident managing customer relationships and collections independently.Experience in FMCG, consumer goods, D2C, e-commerce or wholesale environments desirable.Proactive, commercially minded and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing business.📍 Location: Dubai Marina / JLT Area, Dubai💵 Salary: 25,000 AED per monthPlease note: Applicants must currently reside in Dubai and must not require visa sponsorship.
