Apply & track with Apply EdgeACCREDITATION COORDINATORLocation: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaContract Duration: 1 October 2026 – 28 February 2027Work Location: RiyadhWe are looking for an Accreditation Coordinator to support the planning and delivery of accreditation operations for a major international sporting event in Riyadh.The role will be responsible for coordinating accreditation applications, verifying documentation, maintaining accurate records, supporting accreditation systems and processes, and assisting with the smooth issuance and collection of accreditation credentials.The ideal candidate should be highly organised, detail-oriented, comfortable working with large volumes of data, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced event environment.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESCoordinate the end-to-end accreditation process for staff, contractors, officials, media, partners, and other accredited personnel.Review accreditation applications and verify required documents and information.Maintain accurate accreditation databases, trackers, and records.Coordinate with internal teams to resolve missing information, documentation issues, and application discrepancies.Support data entry, application processing, approvals, and status tracking within accreditation systems.Assist with accreditation badge/credential production, distribution, collection, and replacement.Support accreditation centres and help manage daily accreditation queries.Coordinate with relevant operational teams to ensure accreditation requirements are completed on time.Prepare regular accreditation status reports and trackers for management.Handle confidential personal and accreditation information professionally and securely.Support accreditation operations during event build-up, live event days, and close-out.Assist with troubleshooting and resolving accreditation-related issues quickly and professionally.Ensure all accreditation procedures and deadlines are followed accurately.Support other accreditation-related administrative and operational tasks as required.REQUIREMENTS2–4 years of experience in event accreditation, event operations, administration, workforce management, access control, or a similar role.Experience working on large-scale events, sporting events, exhibitions, conferences, or major projects is preferred.Strong administrative and data-management skills.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Comfortable working with Excel, databases, trackers, and online systems.Strong communication and coordination skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced event environment.Professional approach and strong problem-solving skills.Good command of English, both written and spoken.Candidates must be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.DESIRED EXPERIENCEExperience in any of the following areas will be an advantage:Event accreditationSporting event operationsAccess control / credentialingWorkforce or staff registrationGuest managementRegistration systemsVenue operationsLarge-scale event administrationMajor international sporting eventsWORKING CONDITIONSThis is a project-based position supporting a major international sporting event. The successful candidate should be prepared to work flexible hours, including weekends and extended hours during critical operational periods and live event days.Contract: 1 October 2026 – 28 February 2027
