Accreditation Specialist (UAE & KSA) – Certification & Inspection Bodies

We are looking for an experienced Accreditation Specialist to join our team and manage the full accreditation cycle for our Certification and Inspection Bodies. With our expanding operations in the UAE and Saudi Arabia, this role is critical for navigating the regulatory frameworks of EIAC, MOIAT, and SASO.You will be responsible for ensuring our conformity assessment activities meet the highest international standards, from initial application to ongoing surveillance and reassessment.Key Responsibilities· Accreditation Management: Lead the end-to-end process of accreditation and re-accreditation applications with Emirates International Accreditation Centre (EIAC) , Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology (MOIAT) , and Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization (SASO) .· Documentation & Compliance: Develop, review, and maintain Quality Manuals, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and other documentation required to demonstrate compliance with accreditation standards (e.g., ISO/IEC 17065 for Certification Bodies, ISO/IEC 17020 for Inspection Bodies).· Audit Coordination: Prepare for and coordinate assessment visits, including document reviews, on-site assessments (or remote), and responding to corrective action plans with root cause analysis (CAPA).· Regulatory Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact with accreditation bodies in both countries, ensuring timely submission of applications, fees, and progress reports.· Internal Audits: Conduct internal audits and mock assessments to ensure continuous operational readiness for surveillance visits by EIAC, MOIAT, and SASO.Collaboration with Quality Management System TeamYou will work closely with our dedicated Quality System Specialist, who is responsible for the overarching QMS framework. While they maintain the core quality infrastructure, you will be the subject-matter expert on accreditation-specific requirements for the UAE and KSA markets. Together, you will:· Align accreditation documentation with the company's integrated QMS.· Coordinate joint internal audits and management reviews.· Ensure seamless integration of EIAC, MOIAT, and SASO requirements into our existing quality processes.· This is a collaborative partnership — you bring the regional accreditation expertise, they bring the systemic QMS oversight.Qualifications & Requirements· Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of direct experience in accreditation for Certification Bodies and/or Inspection Bodies.· Regional Expertise: Proven track record of successful accreditation applications with EIAC and/or SASO. Knowledge of the MOIAT registration process is a significant advantage.· Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of the UAE and KSA regulatory landscape for conformity assessment. Experience with Halal accreditation (EIAC, MOIAT, SASO) is a strong plus but not mandatory.· Skills: Excellent project management, report writing, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines, as well as collaborate effectively within a team.· Language: Fluency in English is required. Arabic language skills are highly preferred.
