Acoustic Solutions Specialist

WORKSPACE is looking for a passionate, dedicated, and talented Acoustic Solutions Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver tailored acoustic solutions for commercial, workplace, hospitality, residential, and interior projects based on client and project requirements.Conduct site assessments, acoustic evaluations, and technical consultations to identify noise, reverberation, soundproofing, and sound absorption requirements.Recommend and specify appropriate acoustic products, materials, systems, and treatments, balancing technical performance, aesthetics, and budget.Prepare technical proposals, BOQs, quotations, specifications, drawings, and presentations for clients, consultants, architects, and contractors.Coordinate with architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and installation teams throughout the project lifecycle to ensure successful implementation.Develop new business opportunities and manage client relationships, project pipeline, sales targets, and commercial negotiations for acoustic solutions.

Requirements

Strong technical knowledge of acoustic principles, sound absorption, sound insulation, reverberation, and noise control.Proven experience with acoustic materials and systems, including acoustic panels, ceiling solutions, wall treatments, baffles, partitions, insulation, and related products.Strong ability to read architectural drawings, understand project specifications, and develop technically appropriate solutions.Proven experience working with architects, consultants, interior designers, contractors, and commercial clients, preferably within the UAE fit-out/construction industry.Strong commercial, presentation, negotiation, and project management skills, with the ability to convert technical requirements into practical and commercially viable solutions.Job location: Dubai Investment Park 1, Gate 2, Expo Rd.
