Company Description Medialinks is a Dubai-born, mobile-first growth partner focused on providing the best staffing for FMCG activations.Role Description The Activations Operations Expert is a full-time, on-site role based in Lahore, responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing retail activations and on-ground campaigns. This role includes coordinating with internal teams and external partners, managing timelines and logistics, and ensuring that all activation activities align with performance and brand objectives. The Activations Operations Expert will be responsible to take the clients brief, provide the best talent profiles, and execute projects. The role requires a hands-on approach, strong operational discipline, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, outcome-focused environment.Qualifications2+ years of experience in FMCG activations is a MUST.Strong operational and project management skills, including planning, coordination, and on-ground execution of activations.Experience with retail activations, event management, or field marketing, ideally in performance-driven environments.Ability to track, analyze, and report activation performance using relevant KPIs and tools.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for working with cross-functional teams and external partners.Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and capacity to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.Comfort working in a fast-paced, data-informed setting with a strong focus on measurable outcomes.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience..Willingness to work on-site in Lahore and occasionally outside standard business hours for activations.
