About the Role
The Activity Leader plays a key role in the success of English Path Young Learner programmes by ensuring the safety, wellbeing and engagement of international students. The role involves planning and delivering educational, cultural, sporting and recreational activities while helping to create an engaging, inclusive and immersive English-speaking environment.Please Note: This will be a Temporary position for the duration of our upcoming camp commencing 24th October -15th November.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure the safety, wellbeing and supervision of students at all times.Prepare and deliver cultural, sporting, recreational and educational activities.Accompany and supervise students during excursions and off-site activities.Support students during daily programme activities, including meal times.Encourage student participation and contribute to a positive and inclusive experience.Promote the use of English throughout activities and daily interactions.Participate in team meetings and ensure effective communication and handovers.Report any incidents, behavioural concerns, safety issues or safeguarding matters promptly.Ensure students follow programme rules and English Path procedures.Represent English Path professionally at all timesComply with safeguarding, health and safety requirements.Maintain confidentiality of student, family and company information.Essential Skills & Experience:Previous experience working with young people is adventageous.Energetic, responsible and well organised.Comfortable working with teenagers and as part of a team.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Positive, proactive and professional attitude.Culturally aware and open-minded.Safeguarding Commitment: English Path is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people and vulnerable adults.
