Apply & track with Apply EdgeLocation: Beale AFB, CASecurity Clearance: Active TS/SCI [Required] Must be able to obtain a CI PolyJob Type: Full-TimeTarget Salary Range*: $96,500-$103,500This represents the potential salary range for this position depending on education level, years of experience and/or certifications in addition to other position specific requirements which may impact salaryPosition OverviewThe Activity Security Representative II provides multi-disciplined security support to the customer’s facility and organization, including day-to-day support for Collateral, Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), and Special Access Program (SAP) activities.Key ResponsibilitiesDocument Control and Classified MaterialsConduct classification reviews of inbound and outbound correspondence.Assist with maintaining a document accountability database and associated correspondence.Process inbound and outbound classified mail and receipt records.Perform destruction of classified materials.Process magnetic media for accountability.Provide reproduction support for classified materials.Maintain daily logs for administrative functions associated with document control.Data Transfer and Information ManagementAssist with processing inbound data and outbound data transfer files.Transfer electronic data files to internal customers.Maintain an extensive customer database point-of-contact listing.Perform data entry into the Personnel Access Security System database.Maintain customer-sponsored billets and quota information.Visitor and Facility SecurityResearch, process, file, and maintain inbound and outbound visit notices.Escort facility visitors and maintain associated logs.Assist with preparing facility access control badges.Conduct entry and exit inspections.Assist with maintaining facility access control entry systems, including visitor control.Personnel SecurityAssist with maintaining personnel security files for all personnel of the supported element.Provide support for security awareness and education programs.Security Operations and Administrative SupportFollow and enforce the customer’s Standard Operating Procedures.Perform miscellaneous administrative support functions as directed by the contractor site lead and/or Senior Security Representative.QualificationsExperience3–5 years of related experience [Required].SAP experience [Required].A Bachelor’s degree counts as four years of experience.An Associate’s degree in a related area counts as two years of experience.Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC) counts toward one year of experience.Special Program Security Certification (SPSC) counts toward one year of experience.Maximum equivalent experience for SPED certifications is no more than three years.One year of experience is credited for each separate SPED certification, not to exceed three years.EducationBachelor’s degree [Desired].Bachelor’s degree counts as four years of experience.Associate’s degree in a related area counts as two years of experience.ClearanceTS/SCI clearance [Required].Must be willing to obtain a CI Poly [Required].
